All orders will be shipped at USPS Priority rates unless otherwise specified.

All other shipping options will incur regular shipping rates for the option you select during your checkout.

For International shipping please call or send us an e-mail. We will be happy to accommodate your shipping needs.

Returns

We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase here at Candle Occasions. We understand that sometimes a product must be returned and we will facilitate this as best we can. Please read and understand the following rules and exceptions regarding returns.

• Un-burned candles may be returned on a case by case basis. Purchaser is responsible for ALL return shipping charges. Items returned must be in "like new" sellable condition.
• All sales of holiday items are final and may not be returned.
• Shipments that are refused by purchaser for any reason will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, any and all shipping costs incurred in the transaction will be charged to the purchaser.
• Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
